Update on Senior Leadership Team

Having a diverse leadership team to lead the thinking is essential, bringing perspectives and change from inside the plumbing and heating industry alongside other sectors.

To this end, we are pleased to announce that from July, John Vaughan will be taking up a new role within the Group as Business Performance Director. John will continue to support the Senior Leadership Team and will lead on several key initiatives working across suppliers, customers and sectors. John will be performing his new role on a 2-day-a-week basis, allowing him to fully enjoy the next phase of his already 43 years within the industry whilst continuing to give the benefit of his vast experience to the Highbourne Group.

As a result of this change we are delighted to announce that Maxine Cornelius, our National Sales Director, will expand her role to Managing Director - Sales and will report directly to Dave Evans.

We look forward to the continued contributions of Maxine and John in their pivotal roles.
