Human rights & modern slavery
Ensuring the human rights of our employees and workers within the supply chain are protected is a fundamental aspect of social responsibility.
To meet the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and equally our moral obligations to our customers, suppliers, employees and wider society, we assess risks and carry out due diligence. We also have introduced training for all employees to identify the red flags of modern slavery.
Industry collaboration is crucial in tackling this issue, so we also share best practices with a number of our suppliers to support their own anti-slavery controls.
